At Figures Toy Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your apparel or accessories don't meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
